Model
Philippe Brisson
Exclusively Fashion Magazine:
How did you get discovered and who discovered you?
Philippe
Brisson:
People used to ask me if I was a
model. So I decided to go and see the agency Folio
in Montreal when they had a open call and that was the
start of my modeling career.
EFM:
Was modeling something that you always wanted
to do?
PB:
I was a snowboarder, skateboarder
bmx guy and I had no idea what modeling really was until
I started doing it.
EFM:
How long have you been a model?
PB:
I started 6 years ago. But, I think that anyone
can have a picture taken....to put life and feeling into
the picture is what it's about. One day when I
will eventually be on the top of my game, I will say that
I am a model, until then, I am still learning and
progressing.
EFM: Tell me
something that you love about modeling?
PB:
It's hard to tell only one thing! But let's say
that making my family proud is a good feeling.
EFM: How has modeling changed your
life?
PB:
After a few years of traveling, the
biggest lesson I have learned is that what's inside is
much more important than what you just see on the
surface. It's important to live a good life and be
happy.
EFM: What is your
favorite thing about being a part of Future Models
family?
PB:
Tricky question!! Lets say
the green portfolio books (LOL)....they are original and
nice like everyone in the agency.
EFM: Do you have any
friends that are models; who are they?
PB:
Everybody is a friend...until they prove you wrong.
EFM: With modeling
comes jet setting around the world; what was your most
favorite city, country that you have been?
PB:
Hmm, I really don't remember
(LOL).
EFM:
Before becoming a model; was there anything else that you
wanted to be?
PB:
At the end of my days I want to
look back on my life and be proud and glad of everything
I did, without a single regret....I want to be that guy!
EFM: What
advice can you give to aspiring male models?
PB:
Be ready, be patient, be mentally strong, and BE NICE!!!!
